We all have our own habits and heuristics. Yet to grow, we need to
develop a greater repertoire of skills, practise less comfortable
actions, and see things from different perspectives. We need to
‘play the less familiar keys on the keyboard’.
This is where coaching comes in. Coaching provides a safe and supportive
environment to foster your self-reflection and growth. You will receive
confidential feedback on your development and personalised support to
improve your performance. If life is a process of becoming who you are
meant to be, as your coach, I will journey with you for a season to help
you clarify your goals and actions.

- Confidence in how to reframe challenges to get build-in from stakeholders
- Customised development plan on specific leadership challenges e.g. managing challenging teams, developing greater political savviness
