We also offer Team Strengths Sessions to help intact teams be more effective. Employees today expect to work on meaningful work in supportive workplaces where they can grow professionally. As the manager, you play a key role in your employees’ development.
However, their organisational experiences are typically mediated by their daily relationships and interactions within their teams. Therefore, developing your team as an unit is equally important as developing the individuals within the team.
Our team strengths sessions aim to address three key elements of effective teams:
- clarify their team goals
- enhance intra-team communication and;
- improve extra-team stakeholder management.
Each session is capped at a max of 20 participants.
